Access depends on the role: a doctor sees only the patients in their own panel; a patient sees only their own record.
Clinical and administrative actions are written to an audit log that cannot be edited or deleted.
From your settings you can export all your data or ask for your account to be deleted.
Data is stored with Supabase over encrypted connections, and encrypted at rest.
